Portal Conversion for FRONT Superlite

Included in this kit is everything you need to swap your straight superlite Front axle to a portal version.

Dlux 7mm FBA shafts with portal outers
Dlux Capra style portal boxes and C-Hubs
Dlux O/D portal gears
Dlux portal stub shafts
Dlux 12mm hex

We reccomend using standard ratio superlight gears.
If you want to change gears you will need ;
SAF 4th gear 48t .6 mod
SAF Small 3rd 12t .6mod (with spacer and pin)
SAF Large 3rd gear 40t .6 mod (with space for pin)

Fits 11-20 Tooth pinions (48 Pitch)

Gear Ratio 15.24 with a 48T Spur
48/(Pinion)X15.24
48/12t =4, 4X15.24 = 60.96:1 final ratio
