Portal Axle Conversion Parts

If you're looking to convert your straight axles to portals, these are the parts you will need.

First, choose your axle type from the available options:

DX44
SSDlux
AR60
XR10
Superlite 2.2
For any other axle type requests, please email us.

To complete your conversion, choose one of the options below:
Light and Heavy choices include portal c-hubs, Dlux 36% overdrive gears, Dlux stub-shafts, pins, bearings, wheel hexes, Drag link, Tie rod and wheel nuts

Light - Dlux aluminum knuckles and Dlux aluminum portal covers
Heavy - Dlux brass knuckles and Dlux heavy brass covers
No - you have your own knuckles

For portal superlite:

We reccomend using standard ratio superlight gears.

If you want to change gears you will need ;

SAF 4th gear 48t .6 mod

SAF Small 3rd 12t .6mod (with spacer and pin)

SAF Large 3rd gear 40t .6 mod (with space for pin)
